The Happiness Circle ("we", "us") is a free community club hosted in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and operated by the Happiness Leadership Institute. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to opt out.

What we collect

When you join the club or RSVP to a gathering we collect:

• Your name (first and last, if provided)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Which event you RSVP'd to and when

We do not collect payment information. We do not buy or sell personal data.

How we use it

Your information is used to confirm sign-ups, send reminders about upcoming Happiness Circle gatherings, and share news and offers from the Happiness Leadership Institute — including paid workshops and programs. By joining the club you consent to receive these emails.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email info@happinessleadership.institute and we'll remove you from all lists within a few days.

Who has access

Sign-up data is stored in a secure database and is only viewable by the Happiness Circle host. It is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Children

The Happiness Circle is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
